Business website plan
A Complete Business Website for $297 a Month
Most business website design and hosting quotes read the same way: $4,000 to $6,000 up front, six weeks of back-and-forth, then a site that goes stale because every edit costs $150. Here’s the other way: $297 a month, $0 setup. We design it, build it, host it, secure it, and keep it current — live within 7 business days of your content call, or your first month is free.
The plan
Design + build, up to 6 pages
Hosting · SSL · daily backups
Copy written for you
2 content edits every month
Live in 7 business days or month 1 free
$297/mo · $0 setup
What you get
- A custom-branded website, up to 6 pages — built from a design proven in your industry and made yours: your brand, your photos, your reviews, your offer. See the example designs.
- Hosting, SSL, daily backups, and security updates — the boring, critical stuff, handled forever.
- Copy written for you — a 15-minute questionnaire and one 30-minute call become pages that sell.
- Lead capture that actually captures — every form fill is stored, emailed to you, and pushed into a customer pipeline, so no inquiry dies in an unchecked inbox.
- Found on Google — proper titles, metadata, schema, sitemap, Search Console, and your Google Business Profile connected.
- Up to 2 content edits every month — new prices, new photos, a new offer. Send an email; it gets done.
- A one-page monthly report — visitors, leads, what changed, and one plain-English suggestion.
How is it $297? Honestly: systemization.
You’re not paying me to reinvent web design from a blank page. I’ve engineered a library of world-class designs for local businesses — builders, law firms, med spas, landscapers, roofers — and your site starts from the one proven for your industry. My time goes where it pays you: your copy, your Google presence, your lead capture. That’s why it launches in 7 business days, and that’s why it costs less per month than most owners spend on coffee for the crew.
How it works
- Watch the overview, pick a style. The 4-minute video explains the whole plan; the examples below show real designs.
- A 20-minute call. Your business, your goals, your questions. If it’s a fit, you start on the call — payment takes two minutes by secure card link, and your welcome email arrives before we hang up.
- One content call, then we build. Fifteen-minute questionnaire, thirty-minute call — that’s your entire homework. Seven business days later, you’re live, or your first month is free.
- It stays alive. Edits every month, security handled, a report in your inbox, and a 20-minute review each quarter.
Example websites
Six designs from the library, six completely different personalities. Click any of them — each opens the full working sample site in a new tab. The businesses are fictional; the craft is what you’re buying.
Built to grow into more than a website
The site is step one. When the numbers say you’re ready, the same system grows with you — every add-on installed into the site you already have:
- Speed-to-lead: every inquiry answered within minutes, 24/7, and booked onto your calendar
- Missed-call text back: a call you can’t take becomes a text conversation instead of a lost job
- Review automation: happy customers asked for a Google review at exactly the right moment
- Website chat: pricing and availability questions answered while you’re on a job site
None of it is required. All of it is there when the monthly report shows you need it. If AI for your operations is the bigger itch, start with the $999 AI Tools Assessment instead — it credits toward any build.
The engineering behind it
I spent my career as a validation engineer in FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing — including work at Stryker, where a reporting system I built eliminated 500+ hours of manual engineering work a year. “It seems fine” was never good enough; you prove it works. Your website gets the same discipline: this site runs on a custom WordPress theme and plugin architecture I engineered in-house, with a written QA and rollback playbook. That’s the standard your $297 buys.
The price, plainly
$297/month. $0 setup. Three-month minimum, then month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Your domain, your content, your photos, and your leads are yours, always. Want to take the whole site in-house someday? There’s a flat buyout for that. No hostages, no gotchas.
The guarantee: live within 7 business days of your content call, or your first month is free.
Frequently asked questions
Do I own the website?
You own your domain, your content, your images, and every lead the site generates — full stop. The design, theme, and hosting are bundled while you’re on the plan; a flat buyout converts everything to a fully self-owned site if you ever want that.
What does an “edit” cover?
Anything content-sized: swap photos, change prices, add a FAQ, update hours, post an offer. Up to two requests a month are included. A whole new page or a new feature is an add-on — you’ll get a price before anything is built.
I already have a domain and a website. What happens to them?
Your domain stays yours and comes with you — we only ever touch the website records, never your email. Your old site stays restorable during the switch. If you don’t have a domain, we’ll help you register one in your name for about $15/year.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?
Those are excellent tools for owners who have the evenings free to become web designers. This is done for you — designed, written, launched in 7 business days, found on Google, and kept current every month while you run the business.
What if my photos are terrible (or don’t exist)?
We launch with art-directed placeholders that still look professional, then swap in real photos as you send them — that’s an included edit. Phone photos are usually better than owners think.
Can it connect to the tools I already use?
Yes. Lead forms feed your email plus a customer pipeline from day one, and the site is built to plug into the booking, chat, review, and follow-up systems on the implementation menu whenever you’re ready to grow into them.
